US Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.
• Orders cannot always be changed or canceled after processing has begun.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, available service levels, and any free-shipping eligibility are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide a revised shipping estimate. Where required, we will request your consent to the delay or provide the option to cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period:

1. Review the tracking information provided by the carrier.
2. Confirm that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct.
3. Contact us at hello@stihealthcheck.com so we can assist with the carrier investigation.

Although we are not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
